Acceptance
By using this website or placing an order with Hadies Crust, you agree to these terms.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it with you by phone. All orders depend on availability, and we may decline an order we cannot fulfil.
Custom cakes
Custom and themed cakes need 2 to 3 days' notice. Hand-made designs will be close to the reference you send, but not identical. The price is agreed with you by phone or email before we start.
Prices
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and may change. Regular cakes are Rs. 1,500 per pound. If a price on the site is wrong, we will tell you the correct price before confirming your order.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available. Other payment options are explained when we call to confirm your order. Large and custom orders may need an advance.
Delivery
Delivery is Rs. 200 per order and free on orders of Rs. 3,000 or more, within our delivery areas. Delivery times are estimates. Traffic, weather and events outside our control can cause delays.
Returns and refunds
Our products are perishable, so we cannot accept returns. If something is wrong with your order, call us the same day and email a photo to info@hadiescrust.store, and we will put it right with a replacement or refund where the fault is ours.
Allergens
Everything is made in one kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy and nuts. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces of these.

Hadies Crust is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or this website.
